So ive had my van for a bout 5 weeks. Over the last week its got a bit noisier and its started leaking oil everywhere. I checked the oil level last night and it didnt show on the dipstick, so put in a litre and it only just registered on the dipstick. When i opened the bonnet theres a cylinder thing on the front of the engine with VAG down the side. This was weeping oil, anyone know what that is?
Anyway, the van is in the VW Van Centre, so hopefully itll be fixed. In the mean time, they've given me a grey 59 VW Transporter T28 Tdi. Its a rapid beast and very nice for a big van. Aren't these 140bhp? The keyring says T28 130?

That's bad luck fella, sounds like the cap on the oil filter Housing (the cylinder thingy) wasn't fitted properly. Hope there wasn't any long term damage done and they sort you out for your trouble.
