Finally found a phone holder!

Post by Timmyd »

Searched for ages, tried all sorts...
Wanted something quick and unobtrusive.
From reading on here I realise I am not the only one so thought I would share!

Tetrax magnet phone holder £10 ish

Very easy to fit but I did need to mitre mate it to dash, I tested this in inconspicuous area and I could peel off with a bit of effort but left no marks or residue!

I put my de-mist sponge in it so I doesn't get any dust on it and anything I don't want left on show.

Yep, often get a small 2part kit with new kitchens but howdens have it for a good price, i much prefer the spray activator to the pen one.

The holder comes with 3m tape but its such a small surface area it didn't even hold for a day!

The company reckons not due to the 4 sections being split into 2+ and 2- cancelling out the magnetic field... Hmmm sounds like bulls**t to me but I've had no adverse effects whatsoever.

Brodit do indeed make clips for the Caddy, it's what I use and they are excellent.
