Van was in the garage today as it seems to be losing power steering fluid. They've told me they've looked through the whole system and there are no leaks anywhere. Can anyone think of what's going on here. It starts to affect the steering when it gets low, making the steering wheel shudder at high speeds and grumbles when turning.

So I've had a productive xmas holiday. I've found my powersteering issue, turns out it the steering rack that's leaking inside the van so looks like new rack required.
Also changed my centre console and seats in the van and I'm loving the comfort now

Also change my foot stand to black and added a little something to go with my pedals;

No m8 out a touran. I've never seen another touran with these style of seats but that's what there out of.

Well the only reason I'm asking is because they look very similar to the ones one my golf and the centre consoles the same as well!!

Sorry for bringing up an older topic but I am in the middle of doing similar conversion. Sdi to tdi and could do with help from shanky887614 as to how he re pinned the egr to run the n75. This is the only part I can’t work out!

Hello sorry to dig up an old post but I’m about to do the same wiring alterations from sdi to a bkd and was hoping you could help me in the right direction please
