Where is the Aerial Amplifier located in a 2011 caddy van?

Hi All,

I’ve lost all radio reception on my 2011 caddy van. Can someone tell me where the Aerial Amplifier is please?.

Ah ok, I know the Aerial is there. Just wondered if there was some kind of connection box elsewhere.
Seemed to pop back into life after going over a bump, then disappeared again.... banging on the dash made it cut back in briefly too!!!.
Do the ribbon type aerials fail a lot?

As far as I know, it is a ribbon aerial which has a small black box at the end of it inside the mirror, the wires go through the mirror base and connect to the door loom via plugs and an earth bolted to the door, then from there the wires run straight to the back of the head unit. So the only possible places for a dodgy connections are in the door/mirror area, and back of the head unit.

There are connections at the door A pillar socket and also behind the door card that are worth checking.

Ok thanks everyone... I’ll check out the suggestions and see what I can find...
Is there supposed to be another Aerial in the passenger side mirror?... I’ve removed the mirror cover but definitely not one in there?...
