had cambelt change at 40 ooo 86 000 on it now should I have to done again its going

The cambelt service interval depends on your country and engine type. My 1.9 tdi BLB has 90 000 km between the changes. Some 1.9 tdis have 60 000. The correct mileage should be found in your service booklet!
