There definitely a noise of a failed bearing of some sort, cambelt idler or alternator pulley maybe?

Not that i can see there doesnt see to be any sign of anything catching
Ive already had the cam pulley of to check that its not catching anywhere and the backing plate is plastic behind the pulley
I cant see what would be out of balance

Its strange it doesnt do it when it first starts then after few seconds it starts to become more pronounced

Its got a brand new timing belt kit an tensioner on it

I have also run it without the alternator belt off an still the same

Been watching YouTube videos with faults eyes closed haha.
One guy had a catching sound sound was at the top of engine, turned out to be the flywheel.
Have you been you been under when it's running?
Then another video sounds similar to yours but only one person saying a worn camshaft, did you get the camshaft done when the block was getting skimmed or at least checked for wear?

Just a maybe , but if it doesn’t do it from first start would you think a bearing because I’ve known knackered bearings be quiet at first then as they worm up they start to rumble or squeak, sooner if they knackered of course, good luck anyway mate I feel your frustration 👍
