Re: SRS Automotive 300+bhp BKD #Racevan - Ex Darkside Developments
It sounds like James400 is a MOT tester to me so he would know what he is looking at
With regards to the install - the engine and front suspension will look factory fitted as regards to the rear when finished it will also look factory
As for the roll cage as long as it’s not affecting the view of the driver and doesn’t have any sharp edges it will be fine - not many cars have roll cages - also there is no legal requirement for vehicles to have roll cages

Not much unfortunately We've been too busy trying to get some money back in the bank.
Hopefully we will have some time on it in the next couple of weeks.

Managed to get some more time on the Caddy, the plan is to get it ready for GTI International so it's full steam ahead now.
Over the last week we have removed the mock drive train, stripped the underseal & re-sprayed it with UPOL Raptor in body colour then refitted the new powder coated parts.

This is truly awesome, I love the way you've done the back suspension. It's gonna work so well on the road/track, you can just tell by the standard of work that's gone into it.

Re: SRS Automotive 300+bhp BKD #Racevan - Ex Darkside Developments
Thanks for the compliments, hopefully it works as good as it looks
Something we did last week and the reason the rear panel wasn't painted, it was left bare as we knew an exhaust hanger was needed and possibly some fittings for the rear diffuser.
This is something Iv'e been itching to get done since the van was first started and I'm very happy with how it turned out.
We just need to get it powder coated now to match the rest of the underside.
