Not really updated this thread in a while, Vans been mapped to 190ish , goes well now so better stoppers are a must.

My mate was fitting a MK7 Golf R Big Brake kit to his, so would be rude not to follow his lead :D , Great mod if anyone is wanting some 340mm Stoppers , these are bigger Disc's than we run on our 450bhp Escort Race car !

That's awesome!

Will be looking into adding some bigger breaks when I've had it mapped.

Are they same as the Scirocco R?

Purchased some Alcantara/Milano from AS Trim , Its 4 way stretch and boy it needed to be to do the A pillars in one piece , never again!
The remaining panels were easy and I painted all the commercial white plastic parts Matt Black (Visors , grab handles , seat belt covers etc)
Whilst it was stripped i Dyed the Cloth headline Dark Grey , which worked amazingly well.
Interior now has a non commercial feel and slightly more pleasant place to be.

Back on the lift today to fit anti roll bars, Maxi rear and what I thought was a white line front :(

But being a little thick, I had in fact ordered 2 rears  , so junked the OEM maxi rear and fitted the 24mm white line , then sheepishly ordered a matching white line front , something to do next week at least

Had my Steering Wheel retrimmed in Alcantara by the Guys @Royalsteeringwheels , no affiliation but would highly recommend, great service and price, went with Dark Grey Alcantara with Light Grey Stitch.

That's an awesome looking interior @broadmoor it's a credit to you mate
You mentioned the MFSW was Golf MK7.5 ? How did you get the buttons red backlit, or are they from a different wheel ? Did you use a module to get it working ? My MFSW was a nightmare journey, but running a Round bag Polo wheel with paddles now and well pleased with it and plus was didn't need a module

I also like the look of those Vanstyle arches mate, and pleased to hear your body guy was impressed :D might have to look at those ;)

Polo 6C and Scirocco are if the button functions are correct for the caddy (almost) plug and play. Golf can work as well but gets more involved to get it working, means more money involved.
