2.0 sdi conversion

Hi all picked up a 08 plate ex British gas 2.0 sdi SLOW boy.
Motd changed injectors plus loom and now injector gone again so looking to convert to a tdi will be looking at everything needed to do this av never attempted on a vw done plenty engine swaps and conversion on my old tddi to tdci connect I have started a few mods so far and sticking up on parts and paint for when the engines done then body work face-lift front and r32 rear maby try a few sully things along the way wide body air or flip axel then inside seats wheel dash etc Any help with conversion would be greatly appreciated thanks
