Pic as promised. Would be better to do these with a router but would have taken me too long to make jigs etc. CNC would be perfect.

Carpeted the doors used a adhesive rubber trim to get an edge.

Sitting on broken glass is more comfortable than the standard seats :lol: Yeah, Caddy bases and my drill ;)

If I made up some jigs to ensure a perfect cut and profile every time I could supply one, but that will take me a while. Your better off asking your local metal works to knock one up, or if you have a jigsaw and belt sander you could do it yourself. It's not difficult.

Washed it and fitted a mk4 golf interior light, which gives you the two extra map light's.

Removed all boost pipes and exhaust. As i have so many boost leaks its unreal.
Stripped out all the interior..
Now lost interest as its cold haha

Fitted a touran front bumper.
Found this bumper on eBay already colour coded in off road grey! It's got a few tiny sctatches but nothing that won't t cut out.. £200 inc p+p bargain ,
Fitted it in an hour! Piece of pee.
Got a de badged grill coming on Monday and fogs in a week or so, Job done ,!
