Got the Roof Vent painted silver and fitted for the Dog, not wired up yet though, but got the split charge system on order so I can have it run the roof fan and the animalarm (automatically texts me when the temperature gets over a pre set limit) without worrying about running the battery down.

Upgraded fog lamp bulbs to Osram Night Breakers....
I noticed that the cornering function was not working so I hooked up my VCDS and recoded so that fog lamps come on on the turning side (indicator or steering wheel turn) and both fogs come on when selecting reverse gear.
I was surprised that they were not doing that as standard; being as it is specifically mentioned in the Caddy brochure.

Re: What did you do to your van today?
I used the lower holes. Cut out a bit so the plates with the nut welded on would fit in then welded around it. It's solid. Then the floor ones by the sides of the seats were welded to the floor and a shorter bolt was used. Lap belt for the middle was bolted on. Pm me if you need any further help. I can take pics to help and send them to you if need be.

Yeah. Just haven't ordered one yet. Holding off as I may change mirrors and want to get all the colour coding done at once.Chrisg1980 wrote:ConVW that looks mega pal![]()
