EGR delete

What does an EGR delete do? Obviously for a caddy in this case

It's ment to stop the intake clogging up with coke, and be freer flowing

Best advice it to physically remove it and install a delete kit, then map it out. That's the proper way of doing it

It's an exhaust gas recirculation valve it puts unburnt diesel particles back in to the engine to be used again it reduces emissions and power, dunno how much it will improve performance, or pass an mot

It's not a great idea to do an EGR delete if you have a DPF.
