They are a brilliant job, really sturdy. I just throw a couple of bungee cords round them for extra insurance and they honestly don't move an inch!
Happy days, sounds like a good trip you had! Always good craic trips over to Scotland to ride

My 650b Orange alpine goes in at an angle or with the front wheel at 90 degrees against the bulkhead. I've had two bikes in there but won't get another one in without removal of wheels

I can get three in, with the front wheels off, that's a SWB with racking

Re: Anyone use there caddy for mtb?
This is the ideal thread for me as I'm looking to buy a Caddy for transporting my bikes around. Fed up with the hassle of racks, lack of security or muck in the back of my estate so knowing that a 29'er will fit with the wheels still on is great

Re: Anyone use there caddy for mtb?
Looks ideal, one thing I'm now concerned about is bolting the bike to the van floor makes it part of the structure.... My friend had is cube 650b in the back of my combo when we're hit and it was only strapped in and had destroyed the front wheel.

Re: Anyone use there caddy for mtb?
Loads of room in the Caddy for the mtb. I have mine down the righthand side, have my gearbag, tools and kit all in it. Have the front wheel removed and hanging on the right hand side for space.
Loads of room even to sleep in it down the left hand side! Ideal.

Re: Anyone use there caddy for mtb?
Probably a bit late on this but I can fit a road bike in my caddy maxi and still have about 60cm to spare behind it, I wouldn't have thought it'd be an issue in a normal caddy at all.
