Rear Speakers

Where are yours?

I read a thread once about someone fitting them in the bottom of the rear doors, but I think that this would result in the sound being muffled when I've got a full load in the boot - so I was thinking high on the sides of the van, in the rear corners, or maybe in the roof lining?

thoughts/pictures appreciated?

Mine are 6x9's on the wooden side panel around head hight - with independent tweeters and the crossover box next to them - I also carpeted the panels to stop any vibration sounds good and not knocked them around to be fair

I normally transport lots of fishing gear, pitbikes and the dog and they have survived well for a year
