Removed my "MANUAL" and added semi auto "CLIMATIC" controls.

Top controls are the old.
Bottom controls are the new.

I can write a how to if anyone is interested.

Its not the full "CLIMATRONOIC" it simply regulates the air temp but still an improvement in my eyes.

thanks

Definitely interested. Is this a VW or aftermarket part? Is it simply installing this part, or are there other bits involved (sensors, modules etc.)?

Thanks

You need a Centre vent sensor and a footwell sensor along with the new controls.

My 2015 van had no default locations so you have to drill a few holes. When I've got the camera downloaded ill write it up.

No modules or coding (but you do need to reset the BCM and CAN gateway errors)

Can you say what inline resistor is required pls?
I can have a look but unless you have the same LED the resistance may not be ideal, you should base your resistor on the LED voltage and mA. Plenty of calculators if you google.

Do you have a part number for the part shown? I would need a different one (as I have heated seats) but there's too many to choose from on the parts list with little to no difference in description. I'm guessing this one is 5K0 907 044 HC (display and control panel with cu for electronically controlled air-conditioning for vehicles with auxiliary heater for vehicles with air quality sensor). Also some part numbers for the sensors would be greatly appreciated (or a link to where you got the info for your mod).

pics always hang, take them with cam outside of tapatalk then put them in through cam symbol

tapatalk crashes sometimes or hangs if you take a pic straight through it
