1/87 model caddy!

Post by TDean122 »

I know some of you will love this so thought I share what I found on eBay.

1/87th model caddy maxi asoon as I seen it I bought it not thinking of the size lol it's tiny. Showed up today from Germany and it's actually very cool although it's plastic it's quite detailed there's mirrors there I've not glued on even interior is almost identical £15 posted for this one I seen a British gas blue one but for £30 wasn't worth it lol.

If anyone's looking for one it's a Rietze model caddy maxi seem to only get them in Germany and I think they are for model railways and I think there is a few colours pretty cool little model for the dashboard I'd say

Well done nice little find. There is a maxi combo on the site but it's in Feuerwher colours. Does your model have a couple of pop rivet type fixings on the bottom that hold it together? bit like the old Hot Wheels cars. I might be able to dismantle it and respray it.

No rivets or anything u think it's just the overlap of the bumpers holding base in if you pry it I think it would come out I just don't want to damage it lol. I was originally wanting to paint it as well but after seeing how small it is I'm not going to bother lol
