My SQ5 seats are full electric, regarding bases. I would really recommend putting them on Touran bases. The drilling is quite fiddly. Touran four bolts into the floor and 4 bolts into the seat. Slot straight in.

Ok ive found a few scrappys and no one has seat bases. Has anyone on here know of a place near essex etc or has some for sale please please

How hard can it be to drill the bases though? Bolt front 2 in and mark back 2 then unblot front and drill rear holes? Does that sound right?

You can try it mate no problem mine just didn’t sit right. Just didn’t look the safest. But it’s totally 100% your choice.

Yep. It’s a two man job as 1 needs to hold the seat as 1 drills coz the caddy base are a little skinny. When you take the base out your see also get the correct bolt remover. I tried a star bit and stripped the teeth.
