Fitted a touran ashtray and lighter had to gets some u clips from halfords.
Also changed the drivers side top shelf handle for a sunglasses holder
Stupidly attempted to change my door cards in the dark to touran ones. Got as far as taking the passenger one off but was too dark to put the touran one back on. So I'm now driving around with no door card. Vans a lot quicker now though
Thanks Sean and sheepy it's in for a rear seat conversion Friday morning, the guys lowering it for me as well. Having the rear carpet lined and touran arm rest. Should look the bollocks inside
I’m planning on buying the auto headlight switch for my 07 caddy where do we put the sensor does it go in the middle of the dash near the windscreen and how do we go about getting there if so does the dash have to be dismantled ?
Finished carpeting the rear today.
Back now feels like a horse has trampled on it.
Fingers all cut
Got high a few times and frustratingly ran out so can't do the doors
Overall however, happy with it getting less like a van by the day
That looks like a great job mate. Love the LED strips too
Once you get a few mods under your belt, you’ll get the confidence I’m sure to do your electric window mod.
Thanks mate. I am really pleased how it came out to be fair.
The led lights aren't sticking very well so will have to think of something to make them more secure.
Audi tt air vents go in tonight at work
I also admire your optimism but gluing some carpet and wiring in the leds to the courtesy light is a bit different to messing with looms etc
@sully. We shall see where you end up mate I don’t have a lot of confidence in my own abilities either so I know exactly where you’re coming from.
I’m very jealous you can work on your van whilst at work. I’ve got more soundproofing to do myself, may carpet it too. That’s a job I don’t fancy to be honest. I’ve a feeling I’ll waste a bit, trying to get it neat.
