Looking good Boonaloon. Just noticed the towbar, and the fact you’re on lowered suspension. Do you pull a caravan by any chance?

Cheers Image Well, no not a caravan, the caddy is mostly used on the farm, prob the best pipped out farm van out there ImageImage

It’s used for getting farm supplies, moving stuff etc. I use the tow bar for moving hay and straw.
Here it is before the 18” and lowered
Image
I only have to move stuff about 2km with the trailer so it ok. But with it being lowered it raises the second axle when unloaded when empty

Oh I actually like it! Are you going to do some more orange details?

Love how it pops on the gray!

@ Boonaloon I get you mate. Reason I asked is the missus said she’d like a caravan in a few years, I’ve lowered my van so I reckon I’d either have to put it back on standard shocks or sell it.

What did you do to your van today?

@the swan fiend I’d say a single axle should be no issue, a double axle may lift the rear caravan axle, but maybe ok with the weight, as when I’ve the trainer loaded both wheels are on the ground, but it does lift the rear of the van then.
But it would also depend on the caravan tow hitch height.
My usual loads on the van, that’s why I need the solid bulk head to keep the interior hay free. The life/alltrack mirrors etc as they are narrower so I can reverse into the barn, saves carrying hay 30 meters. The lowered suspension as I can fit in height wise as the door is low. The camera so I can see when revering with the mirrors folded, the leather seats to make it easy to clean, the heated seats for her sore back etc etc etc, Well these are the excuses I give my wife ImageImage

As for the wife wanting a caravan Vs selling the van, my advise would be divorce the wife ImageImage
