Just upload your photos to a image hosting website. That will provide a link which you can then copy and paste in to your message

If your photo is less than 2Mb you can add it as an attachment on the forum.
If it is larger than 2Mb, you can use one of the several online photo reduction sites to bring it down to a suitable size for attaching.
