Caddy 4 Life is normally fitted with Touran bases from factory ;)

Nice one @Philnanks
You've got a Caddy4 life which essentially has the sought after "Touran" seat bases from factory.
Just to save confusion for anyone wondering why these don't bolt straight into their van.

Fitted one of those Eonon tablet style 10" android head units. I had doubts, but it's pretty awesome I must admit. Mate keeps taking the piss telling me I got a Tesla model caddy ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

Went to see Matt at Dub Unit today and got my Maxi Kombi engine sorted.

Emissions fix gone and stage one mapped!

It now drives so much better, loads more torque and seems to be altogether smoother.

To my great delight Doc also happened to be there, so I got to see his amazing Caddy and have a bit of a chin wag.

Matt really is a great guy and obviously a technical wizard.

Also picked up some nice alloys off a 2016 highline, on the way home.

Well worth the drive from North Yorkshire. :D

Had a really good run back home Doc and it was pretty tricky staying within the speed limits!

I forgot to say thanks to you for looking after the forum so well.

You do a great job and it is a brilliant resource for us Caddy fans.

I'll try to post a photo when I've put the wheels on and washed the van.

44 LED’s replaced so far, need to find a spare gear stick surround to change them too, nearly ready to fit all the bits in, then I’ll have the blues (except for the needles and the stereo which only seems to do red or green)

You can get blue needles mate. Off a R32 or reproduction ones. There’s loads.

I know, found some from Germany but postage was large.
It’s a job that will wait for now due to funds low

I used to buy genuine blue needles off a guy in Slovakia, they were expensive to post for no good reason but I used to offset that by buying 5 sets at a time.

I did think of asking if anyone else wanted some while I was ordering to share the postage, but as I don’t know 100% they fit or how good they are, I didn’t want to promote them that way.
