Rear bumper styling mk4 caddy maxi

I’m looking to get my rear bumper styled like twin in middle or twin either side style on mk4 caddy maxi

Has anyone got contacts for this job in Midlands preferred but would like to get this done and would travel to Collect no problem.

Or even if you know of a quality supplier as heard Some bumpers are made of poor quality plastics and I don’t want that.
