What's it worth?

Just considering my options at the moment - either we replace our TT with something that can carry a dog, or replace my caddy with an estate car that can accommodate a mountain bike inside. (The wife needs to be able to take the dog but doesn't like driving the van) The 2nd has the advantage of being able to seat more than 2 in comfort.

My van: 2010 ex-BG SWB sdi. 140k miles, long mot, recently had a recon gearbox fitted and had the cam belt done the year before. Working A/C, parking sensors and electric windows. Insulated, boarded and converted to day / surf / MTB etc van with sleeping ability and a leisure battery. Not that they will add value but it also has seats from a 3 door A3 on touran bases.
