Hello
i was informed by a gent at mcdonalds that my passenger brake light isnt working so i investigated when i got home and yes its not working so checked the bulb and its fine so started checking the wiring and noticed that the loom has a wire missing and the plug has the top wire hole blanked off
and that is my brake light wire
do they not use brake lights somewhere in the world ?

The blank spot is your second foglight.
If the light bulb is functioning in a different spot, check with a computer for faultcodes on Address 9.
