Got my trimmed Touran glove box fitted to the Caddy dash. So much nicer than the shelf + van-x doorImageImage

Well guess this is a hello from me

just jumped into the world of VW Caddy

How it started
Image

added alloys
Image

then tinted the windows back and rear
Image

now with upgraded head unit
Image

also delettered the rear and added black front and rear VW Badges and dynamic led side repeaters, got to fit the rear spoiler

winter job is to start the rear conversion, with dropdown single bed

I'm trying not to think of that anymore.... It all started with wanting a new hybrid rear bumper to be made.... Then before I know it it's spiralled into all this, the cost of replacing a few bits and wrapping the the back bumper wasn't a million miles away from the cost of a whole new one. Plus running the risk of the colour being slightly different due to fading over time.
I did want some bodywork doing anyway, with a few dings here and there and finally pulling the trigger on the side moulding delete.
Iv found a bodyshop owned by one of the nicest and talented blokes you could ever meet, who gave me a price I couldn't really refuse.... So here we are!! Picking it up Friday then straight into the wrappers on Saturday.
Having serious withdrawals now!!! Only so much of a hire Citroen Dispatch a man can take!!!

Might have been my single scariest job so far. Fixing the rust at the end of the guide rails. And, while at it, fix some dings and dents.

Not a proper paint booth, but close enough for me to take on the job. Came out okay. Will need a proper sanding of the clear coat for sure.
But I will let it harden before touching it with the sander.

Thx Petrev!

Also happy to see all the recent previous post in this thread. Seems like the enthusiasm for different caddy projects have picked up a bit again after a little slower post summer period. I need the inspiration!

Bought a blackberry van, first little bits included de-badging and new wipers. Headlight bulbs, coilovers and a spoiler ordered too 👍🏼
