A drone view, now that's an idea!!! Na it's just a photo screen mirrored from phone

@the swan fiend no mate it's an aftermarket one , its been designed and customised for TMG themselves so has their branding on start up and apparently slightly different internals than the AliExpress ones that have issues of turning off randomly. This is what iv been told anyway.
First impressions of TMG I have to say iv been impressed, they are definitely not cheap! But for example they own the mould and apparently a patent for the mk8gti bumpers to make them as one piece instead of hybrid cut and joins. They are also in the process of designing 3d printed honeycomb hybrid grills, they really do seem to be investing some money into what they do!

@Gazza31112. Sounds decent mate, hopefully it will prove to be as good as they say long term. 1 piece custom bumpers would be very popular but not cheap I imagine.

Had the van for a week now - mainly fettling with bits & bobs and ordering things. New load liner and floor mats are here & in, windows tinted and new (to me) steels are on. Changed the headlight bulbs too. Feeling a lot happier and looking less like a disability vehicle now!

Got roof rack, full rear (extendable) liner & cupholder liner on the way.

Main task for the next few days it to keep persuading the spare wheel carrier bolts out. Any ideas how to get some good access to give the bolts a tickle with a wire brush but it's a bit tight! I used to have an flexible foot-long drill attachment that would be just the ticket I think Image

Until then, it's penetrating oil and prayers for me!ImageImageImageImage

Are these tie down points in the rear of every caddy? Mine has a floor laid in it so I can only see the rear most two on the raised plastic panel. I'm looking to start transporting my motorbike in the back of my Maxi so need some tie down points further forward too.

All Maxis should have the bolt holes. So you only need the Tie downs and bolts.

Where can I get those things? :D
Hi mate

sorry was waiting on invoice for part numbers

i got them from TPS

now i have twin sliding doors on mine so the parts i ordered were

2K0867263D71N
2K0867264D71N
(these are the caps left and right)
and then
2K0867300B these are the fixing clips and you need 8
(4 each side)
total cost from TPS approx (i have a trade account through work) £26+ VAT so like £31.20 all in and next day delivery

If you have non sliding door I think the code at end is E71N

Hope this helps
