I have searched and searched for coding for this but haven't found anything.
Not sure if it's a standard feature, but if I open a side door, it stays unlocked, if I open a rear door first and then close it to grab something else, by the time I get back to the van, it has locked itself.
Surely there is a way to code this out right?
Can anyone point me in the direction of what to look for?
Worst feature in the world if you're a tradesman loading your tools.
Thanks guys

The module is faulty or brokenLarryd wrote: ↑Thu Oct 23, 2025 1:49 pm I have searched and searched for coding for this but haven't found anything.

Re: Rear doors auto lock
Could be a faulty open/shut switch in the bottom of the rear door. These are prone to failure from water ingress. The water gets in when the top centre brake light seal fails and the rain water pools in the bottom of the door.
To check….
Set your interior light switches to door position then…
Lock and unlock your van then open your rear door and see if the interior light comes on, if it doesn’t your door switch is faulty/badly corroded and staying in the locked position. The central locking will then auto re lock after 30 seconds.
Easy check before thinking about module or coding issues.
Door switch is also easy and straightforward to replace, bit longer if the pins in the plug have corroded out.
