Suspension Change Help

Hi, all. Currently lowered on Vmaxx springs on original struts. Ride has been fine but wanting something a little nicer, I know that the VW Golf MK5 ones are similar and was wondering if they are straight swaps and i can use the 55mm spring in them. Just unsure on if it will make it lower than before, which is not ideal. Im based in NZ so its not too cheap to ship Caddy specific ones so is there any alternative? Any help is appreciated
