Fuel not pumping through

Hi all, I could really use some advice!

I bought my sons 1999 Caddy which stopped working on him he had been running it on a mixture of diesel and veg oil (I know but he wouldn't listen!)
So I have drained the tank replaced fuel, filter and lines,new fuses and relays for the pump. It turns over and will run with easy start but don't seem to be getting any fuel to the engine. Any ideas?

Blocked injectors maybe? Veg oil can leave fat in the system.
