Can anybody give me advice on the best way to sort this out. It has been like it since I brought my van and it really bugs me. I think somebody jacked it up there or drove off a high curb.
It is pushed up and is bulging out the side.
Also at the top of the side panel there are a few outward dents caused by my step ladder hitting the inside. Can these be teased back with a punch tool?

Re: Dent removal advice.
My old caddy had a similar mark on the drivers side, I guessed that a previous owner had either tried to jack it up in the wrong place or the jack had slipped!
Can't help you on how to get it out unfortunately though as mine was put back into the dealers as it was.

Take it to a body shop, they will use a dent puller that spot welds a tab onto the sill, then slide hammer it out, then prep and paint,
