Post by richierich37 »

well with my mk5 nearly done and my splittie well underway i will be starting on my work van.

i share this with my mate, so cannot just do my own thing!

it took us a very long time to find the right caddy as we wanted the best for our money.

we sold our T5 and then found this.............

it is very well spec'd and the dsg box is awesome, same as my golf!

we are thinking of some small changes.....................

lowered on eibachs
18" rimmage
R32 front leathers
front grills with foggies

so if anyone has any of the above for sale give me a wee mail!

cheers folks  .....................

I've seen the same C20 badge my self, but haven't got one on my van.
My guess is it has something to do with the Gross vehicle weight?

Isn't it something to do with the engine?
Difference between the 2 TDis? :?:

Maybe not. A quick look around and I've found C20 SDi's advertised.

I'm stumped :?:

I think it's to do with weight (as said) had one on mine - didn't last long once I got the fishing line out though - who wants badges cluttering up the back anyway!!!

AFAIK it's just another limited edition version baged as C20. If you have one you'll have the badge, if not you won't ;)

The C edition over here is just a load of standard options in one pack called the C Edition. You save some money over a normal Caddy with the same options added individually. Nothing to do with power or weight, at least not over here anyway.

R,
Paul

edit: you can buy the badge from VW so some C editions weren't orginally purchased as C editions and some will have had their badges removed
