One of my side bars' rear bolts snapped while on a dual carriageway the other day, leaving it clanging like mad down the road. was a right struggle to get the front bolt undone so I could remove the bar before getting on the motorway
decided I'm not going to run them anymore, so managed to remove the front bracket tonight, and ended up chopping the rear one down - should at least have more ground clearance now. Can't get enough leverage on the bolts of the remaining side bar, so looks like i might have to ask the garage nicely to pop it up in the air and get their tools on it - can't see it being a difficult job

Moving my bike and fits nicely in the back, even though mines just a SWB. Not sure how people are struggling to get a MTB in the back

Well I didn’t do it but she had her MOT & Major service yesterday by the guys at Quattro-Tech in St Ives, she’s now all good for another year.

Wired in some footwell lights, on a switched live but with a switch in the blanks in front of gear stick in case I get sick of them

Finally got the new bumper on (of sorts, needs more pricking about with tomorrow)
After all the effort I'm not even sure I like it, may end up in the For Sale section very soon
