Hi Toby,
Your van is looking well, the all road kit has made a huge difference, when I picked the wheels you mentioned that you had your van lowered at VW, I'm planning on having mine done at its first service but Preston VW say they can only supply the Eibach 35mm lowering kit and not the 45mm pro kit. What did you have fitted when you had your done. Also if you ever decide to get rid of the Rotiforms then just let me know.
I can't remember which kit VW fitted, it's was the normal one they fit.
Rotiforms might be available if I can find a replacement

Love the speaker pods on the pillars. What fabric did you use? And was it just spray adhesive on?

Hello, new member but long time reader of this thread. Can you please post engine cover number (or from what model it came from) and what ball joints did you use?
Think this is the correct part number for the Caddy 4 2.0 engine

I wish mine came with one. I had the discovery nav pro unit in a passat and it was amazing! Would be interesting to see how much VW would take off me for fitting one into the caddy - if they would! I would just pick one up from eBay but they've got all of this part protection bull***t on them now. Not fun.
Where do you get your hydro dipping done? Im thinking of having a few interior parts done.
Cheers.

Have a chat with Doc, In the Caddy 4 it should go straight in maybe a bit of coding , its the older gen that you have to get it jail broken.
Hydro Dipping was done by Southern Hydro Coatings in Hampshire, guy called Colin Edwards. 100% recommend him.

Beautiful colour! I've always liked it on the Rocco's, looks just as good if not better on a van!

Haven't posted for a while.
Progress today interior out and loads of sound deadening in. Had rear seat welded. Ready for re trim in January and more audio.

Looking good! I still need to fit my centre console, leather seats etc but in this weather and work as busy as it is I just haven’t got the enthusiasm to do it!
Being more of an audio nut than me, do you know if the focal golf mk6 speakers are a direct fit? I don’t want to go down the making adapters route. Plug and play suits me better.

Yea being busy it's like a busmans holiday working on your own vehicle.
The Mids would fit, but tweeters are different.
Would be better to make collars as you want them to be about 1"1/2 thick.
