I’m taking the van to Campermart at Telford next week, where it will be on the VWBus “Bus of the year” display. Therefore, this weekend I made a start trying to get it to a reasonable standard ready for the show.
All brakes and suspension cleaned up and touched up, winter mud flaps removed and Carbon fibre ones fit, and I’ve put my good wheels back on.
Really happy with how the rear is sitting now (with the previous mods I done), I’ll go as far as saying it’s perfect fitment for me. Arch is about 2mm from the wheel rim which is perfect, as I wouldn’t want the bodywork to touch the rim, and risk paint or wheel damage. I’m still running full arch liners as well .

Got the Audi wheels some fresh Falken FK510’s and fit them after work today. Main reason for going for the Falkens over my usual Continentals is because I’ve found they have more rim protection in 225/30 20 size.
Drivers rear rim was tucking ever so slightly due to uneven ground, so I’ll have to watch for this as I’m not into things rubbing on the paint etc.
