I’d try those out first fella….your new ones look like they might only need the dipped beam led’s

Yeah, I’ll get them in and working first mate. I’ve been looking online this morning and I’m pretty sure the LEDs aren’t road legal
already got a bulb error light but I think that’ll be cured by a bulb in the registration light circuit. I’ll try clear that then fit the lights, hopefully the error will stay off!

I have to turn my lights onto main beam, then off again….that clears the bulb out. It doesn’t always happen either.

I’ve taken the plunge and ordered a set of these for the caddy…..my current tyres are knackered, and I fancied a change anyway!

They vary massively... Some 18" lightweits can be just over 8 kg, or some heavier ones ~13kg. Thats a bare wheel without tyre.

I may have to rethink this!
Luckily I’ve got a bit of time, as I opened the first one and it was fitted with 255 45 18 tyres, not 225!
They looked like the wheels off the blimming fire engine!
I might cancel the order when they come to pick the other ones up …..we”ll see what they look like
