AA dropped it to VW again..... they didn't bolt in top bolt on the alternator tensioner so it snapped off....... after it was there 3 weeks ago for a new camshaft!!!

Not done anything to it as such, but ordered myself a rock n roll bed. Can't wait for it to be made and fitted

It's from a place in Bridgend in South Wales. They have an eBay account and Facebook page. Think their Facebook page is called BCLC RnR Beds, can't remember their eBay name now though. Very friendly and helpful.

It's for a swb so I went for the spacesaver version. The normal style with a little seat on the rear would have worked but would have filled too much of the van in the seated position, and I wanted to keep some storage area. I do have the bulkhead removed and the bed will extend about 6ft and just fit in with the front seats forward. It will take up ALL of the rear though when in bed position

I also decided to go with shorter legs due to less headroom. Basically it's a pretty much a standard 3/4 spacesaver with little legs!!

Price for bed was £425 all in (+£35 fitting). They do other options for the upholstery/kickboards/seatbelts/headrests etc but I just wanted the basics.

I will update with pic's when it's done. Hopefully end of next week.

Re-stitched my gear stick in blue and added blue stitching to steering wheel.

Fitted my colour coded rear grab handle and touran highline door strips! Massive improvement! Spoiler and grill tomorrow!
