Got some spare time so got round to fitting my RNS 315, Passat W8 interior lamp with Bluetooth mic housing and mk6 Golf seats I was donated (do the job meantime)
Over the moon it all works together and shows all info on the highline cluster and fully controlled by the steering wheel Image

And if anyone is interested in getting new rear shocks
I would highly recommend these
They are well worth the money and smooth as silk to

I quite fancy a pair of these. Are they the shortened shock for lowered Caddys?

What did you order exactly?

Tried the VW seat covers but found them to be a bit uncomfortable in hot weather so to protect the seats in my new van I swapped them for a pair of older style leatherette trimmed ones which seem a lot more robust than the original ones.

Seems a bit extravagant but the seats were actually £30 less than the seat covers were and in excellent nick!

Friday whilst still on my camping holiday and next to the tent I got the insulation fitted. What an exercise in tedium. I used about 35m2 of double foil bubble wrap with the would be window areas 8 layers thick and in the doors and above the rear wheel arches about 4 to 6 layers.
Pain in the ass and like everything else it's just as you finish you get the nack.
