All Highstone's efforts prove is how badly wrong Vw designers got this.
Painting the hideous bumper insert black was blindingly obvious from day one, and did improve things. You shouldn't have to go to these lengths though, to make it bearable.
I can't see me buying one either

lower grill or upper bumper gloss black...

For me personally it all goes wrong from the B pillar back. The lower front grill should be coloured gloss black too.

I still like the previous model's look more. It kind of looks more like non-german vans how it is designed now.
