Hey DBS what you going to do with the gap that you've got near side loading door and other side from floor to roof as I took my bulkhead out yesterday and was a bit disappointed with the gap I'd got and was wondering what I can do with it

Looks good. What carpet or where did you get it from? I'm looking for a hard wearing carpet for mineNarked@50 wrote:New floor down

It's called primavera colour anthracite it comes in a rib effect as well as the velour look that I've got, its relatively inexpensive but only comes 4mtrs wide so if you measure the width of your van, that's what you need by 4mtrs so you will have enough to do it twice, cost about £50
I had it in my t5 its virtually bomb proof the down side it's hard to hoover as bits get stuck in it but stay with it, it comes out

You can cut the bulkhead up and refit. That's what I did and carpet the bits. It's fiddly but better than a huge gap.

I did think of that but not sure if there was an alternative, it seems a shame to cut it up but if that's what it takes then I've got my jigsaw ready, thanks for the reply

Fitted under tray. Would advise anyone who hasn't fitted this to fit it makes a lot of difference to the drive noise.

Installed another reverse light, with a manual switch so it can be switch on even without driving in reverse. Handy if you have someone on your rearbumper if you know what I mean.

It's the one on the left. Gives a bright white beam.
