Is that a reinforcement plate for the strut a VW part? I didn't think you could get them and they don't have part numbers or prices on etka.

Prefer the tailgate of a mk4 over the bars doors, but completely clean it looks the best, no caddy or logo on the rear. Nice mod!

Hi dan yes it’s a genuine VW repair plate, VW & TPS both said they couldn’t get any managed to find them on eBay, part No is 2K0827435 / 2K0827436 for anyone needing them, other option would be to cut out of a smacker or build custom plates which I know some guys have done.

Do you know can you remember which size wiper delete bung I need, kill all wipers don’t specify for the mk4 window van?

I'll try and find the size of the kill all wiper bung if you want (although I see you've got an R line one) but it was quite a long time ago now! I think I've seen VW now have a no wiper hole option rear window if you wanted to change it in the future although couldn't find it in parts prog.

Just checked and my glass bung came from gecleant and they don't tell you the diameter but you can put in the caddy 4 to get the right part.
