@BradleyB the rail part numbers are in the "useful part numbers" thread in the how-to section.
You can buy from VW parts desk if TPS don't want to help, they both use the same price list so it's no more expensive.

My next thing of many. Keep getting worried some will smash the rear window and take all my toolage. Lol

Also getting together parts to polybush the whole front end. Seems to be a bit woolly after a Remap.

Not had chance to test out the difference yet but from what I've heard It'll make a big difference in keeping the cab warm and noise levels from the back down :D

Nothing exciting, replaced a broken window switch and replaced some interior lights with LED's. I tried to do the license plate ones but they flickered and died right away, any ideas? They were from Fizzmo so I'm surprised they died instantly, is it a wiring thing?

Not today, but this week I have fitted an eibach lowering kit. Wish I had had the nuts to fit one earlier, my Caddy looks a lot better now. :D

Fella, I think people have just used a bead of silicon on the rail and stuck the cover to stop the rattle?! Just another option/save you some brass? 😉

Finally got round to finishing my headlights I’ve been building for about a month or so. Just need to wet sand and polish the lenses up and they’re good to fit! Ignore the sealant looking a bit rough, I’ve not trimmed it back on purpose as you can’t see it once fitted. Happy with how they’ve turned out though, hopefully they’ll fit and work with no problems now Image

Long day, first I broke it removed the head light switch and replaced it with a translite auto headlight one which doesn’t quite fit as well and when pushing it back in to locate it and for the spring loaded latches to pop out managed to dislodge the housing in the dash

Besides that ordered some caddy life mirrors from tps so no more dumbo ears and bloody wind noise!!
