Perfezione 2012 Caddy - Post wash and progress (image heavy)

Post by perfezione »

Hi all, been on here a while now so thought it time to whack some images up of my Caddy. Decided to give her a good going over today and the images are all post wash.
As you'll see i've not done much so far, just little bits really. Including, fully soundproofed and carpeted rear. Carbon wrapped interior bits. engine cover etc.

I'm planning on getting some lows very soon along with some new alloys. Still undecided which route to go down. I'm currently thinking 18" Team Dynamics Pro Race in Satin Graphite and an Eibach lowering kit with Bilstein dampers, following the current "racing caddy" look.

Anyway, i'll let my current pic's do the talking. Comments/criticisms appreciated.

Cheers, Alex.

CLEAN!

The TD 1.2 in satin black would match the bumpers! The eibach kit will look good, but you might be like me and want it lower!

Cheers, I'm going for the satin graphite TD's like the racing caddy. Want a darker rim but not black at the same time as black tends to disappear.

I keep changing my mind about springs vs coil's. I like the idea that springs should give a more comfortable ride and their cheaper plus i can just upgrade then im the future. As you say, im not sure if they are quite low enough, i've collected loads of images of them fitted and some look fine whilst others look too high. Don't want to get them only to be disappointed with the height.

Mine sits lovely but I would happily go 15/20mm lower on the front and a notch on the rear

Yea i liked the look of yours! and i'm with you about going a little lower i just dont know if its worth the extra money and a harsher ride. I wont be adjusting them all the time either if i get coilovers, i'd just leave them at the height i'm happy with.

These are the rims i'm going for

Good choice in wheels! My inspiration was from the same place too.

I went with black not anthracite though.

As SAL said a bit lower would be nice but I scrape my mud flaps on speed bumps as it is, so it's fine for a everyday work van as it is. It's still comfortable and not too harsh and handles much better especially with wider wheels on too.
