18" 5x112 et45 8 front 9 rears any problems and what tyres?

Looking to buy some alloys for the van 18" 5x112 et45 8 fronts 9 rears.

Am i right in saying these should be well within the arches and not cause problems when lowerd?

Also i was looking at 235/40/18 tyres on the 8s but what tyres for the 9s?

235/40 way to big if you ask me, I'm running 215 35 on 8.5 and 225 35 on 9.5 get abit of stretch in yôur life!

ok so what would you recommend especially on the 9s?

am i going to have any problems when lowered on 8s and 9s et45? Will they be well within the arches? and problems with the side loading door etc if so what offset should i be looking at with 8s and 9s?

I have 19x8.5 with 235/35 all round and the side doors rub the tyres
