Do all the Caddy vans have the room in the rear for a double seat (Headroom more than width)

What other options are there?

Do VW stock a factory spec seat for the rear?

Beware if you are going to tell your insurance (as we all would) you might be surprised at the policy increase. Quotes i've had so far are on average 2.5 times more than without rear seats!!!

Unless anyone knows insurers that are fine with conversions?
