A silly question but I'm not sure

Guys I have space walker doing a new Cecm for me
I have no vcds easy access
But he's mentioned autoscan
What is this exactly ????
Is it a scan of my Cecm then he copies the files over that I need

Anyone near Portsmouth that could do a scan for me to pass onto him

God I miss relays n fuses

It's a scan of all the modules in the van and shows coding of each module

Ok ta so do I need to get this done to enable the new highline Cecm for Martin
Or just get the new Cecm and just get it all enabled when I fit it

It prob easier to do a scan first and send it to Martin then it's just a straight swap when u get it.
