Stage 1 completed!
Got the main unit and new coolant hoses fitted, new washer bottle, wiring as far as the firewall too. What a c**t of a job to fit the metal coolant double hose in the back of the engine...

Stage 2 completed this evening...
Running the wiring into the cabin and rear passenger footwell for metering pump.
Mounted the module here as original location is not clear enough for me to be removing the centre console according to Elsa.
I'm happy where it is and easy access if neededImage.

Webasto installed and fully functional Image. It's trully awesome device.

Also installed these today:

Skoda led drl lights as a fog lights. Still work in progress as there's few issues to be sorted:

-the warning light on dash
-must order proper plugs for them as caddy has 2pin plugs and skoda lights have 3pin
-they fog up even with the ventilation nipple open and modified.

Trully stunning tho! And they are not straight swap!

I used the caddy front fog casing with it and its spot on in my opinion Image

Very nice job on the fog lights. Could the warning light be cured with a resistor or is there another way of doing it? Are the lenses on the caddy fogs thinner than on the skoda causing the condensation perhaps.

Bo, kolego szacun. Jestem pod ogromnym wrażeniem tego z zrobiłeś. Wszystko zrobione z gustem, nic na siłę i wszystko na oryginalnych częściach. Naprawdę chylę czoła. Brawo.

stan-the-man wrote:I'm sure you can learn to live with it Image. I really like those light and for time being I made up a wiring adapter to get rid of the "bulb out" warning on dash.
The reverse feeds for rear lights at BCM are:

T52a/28 (black plug)
T52c/28 (brown plug)

Just had to unpin those insert new terminals and join the original wires into the extra wires. Had the terminals in place so no cutting was done to any part of the original loom.
So did you just bridge these two wires basically?

Hi Stan, I can’t work out how to PM you, I’m after a loom for my VW touran heated seats I’m buying. Do you have Instagram or anywhere else I can message? Email.

Thanks

Hi there I was wondering if you could explain how to get my audi a6 2006 heated seats working in my vw caddy mk3 2012, I've ordered the heated seat switch panel already just unsure what else I would need to make them work, I read one off your posts that said I'd also need a module under the seat is that right? So would it be two separate modules for each seat etc?
Thanks
Kind regards
