So I feel like I've got enough done on my Caddy to get a thread going. Bought it from a VW dealership at the start of the year and came pretty standard along with a big ugly roof rack which promptly came off.

I use the van for shuttling my bikes around and wanted to get it setup for sleeping in whilst at races for a weekend, so started with some vinyl floor tiles.

And then moved onto getting the ply lining carpeted and insulation put in underneath.

And put some LED lights in the roof panels, huge improvement over the stock light.

Next on the list was getting it lowered and some alloys on. I'm a big fan of the Interlagos alloys from the Scirocco and have seen a couple of Caddys posted on here with them on but still not many of them about. With a bit of patience and keen eyes I found a set on Gumtree in pretty good condition and some Pirelli rubber on them so didn't need to pay up for fresh tyres immediately.

I also got in on the group buy for the Eibach lowering kit, and a few weeks later had everything fitted.

The back end was a little bit lower than the front initially but I thought I would wait and see if the front springs would settle a bit, and whilst they did a little it was still uneven so raised the back end up a notch.
Next was an engine cover off eBay. Tidies up the engine bay nicely.

And most recently I've built a removable bed frame to make racing easier so I can store things away underneath. I'm thinking it might be a bit tight with the bike next to it but will see it goes at the next race next weekend, can always narrow it down and get a thinner matress in there.

Future plans are:
Interior - some leather seats, Android Auto stereo, possibly carpet foot-wells but unsure on that.
Colour coding bumpers, wing mirrors, door handles, and side strips.
Probably lower it a bit more so will look into getting coilovers for the front.
Cruise control and electric windows.
Sorry for the quality of some of the photos, some of this was late night work and will probably be buying a proper camera soon.
