It's called a ladder hatch I think, it's for carrying long objects, useful on a delivery van, I've seen exhausts being carried

That's correct it's "ladder flap". For transporting long objects like ladders, timber, pipes etc. Useful when transporting pets in the back for fresh air as well.

So after couple of weeks driving the van has been great!

Managed to fit engine cover and bonnet sound absorber and the spoiler yesterday. Also I'm half way fitting the window guardsImage

You caddy looks great. Does the new caddy have high grade plastic dash, central console etc. like on golf 7 or is it the same as old caddy?

It's still plastic filip but much better to the old one. Shame they don't do the soft one :(

Shame really. I was hoping they made hard plastic dash for commercial and soft touch for highline ones.

Thanks lads! Made it to Poland last night and the drive was very comfortable with lots of pulling power having pretty much full load area. Was very impressed. Fuel consumption worked out well too. I expected more to be honest :)

Nice work Stan, looking good.

I have a 16 plate 150 manual, loving it, cant find the part codes for the engine cover and under bonnet insulation though, any chance you could dig out part numbers or links when you get a mo?

Cheers
