Is this the same for the 06 caddy.?
And possible to get links to the speakers? All 3 if poss as the standard speakers just not cutting the mustard.
Did you buy the midrange separately? An 6.5 and tweeter as kit? Any crossovers?

believe its the same for your shape caddy too. I bought the hertz esk163L.5 kit which came as a complete kit including crossovers, but it came with 4" mids (didn't do my homework) so ended up buying 3" mille pro mids as well. theres another option for 3 way including the 3" instead but these are all the mille pro so a step up from what I have and therefore reflected in the price

if you shop around you might find it cheaper
Ive just bought a pair of Focal 165AC for the doors, pretty good speakers for £90 but not the best focal do. They SAY they cover from about 80hz-20khz but they drop off below 90db at around 110hz so I will be installing a sub to pick up from 120hz and below.
I will be making an underseat sub box, installing an amplifier to run through the OEM headunit (i have an old pioneer 4ch kicking around somewhere) eventually i will install the dash 3" drivers; probably just some 25mm focal tweeters.. finally some hanging 6x9s in the rear of the van.
I prefer focal because theyre really meticulously crafted between England and France and for quality theyre top notch. However, probably just reccommend pioneer stuff if you want high SPL.
@vanmandan Ive not done it but id assume you have to run new wire from the back of the headunit, probably using a spare available output like the "rear" speakers output which would be empty if its there.. alternativley you could steal signal from the door speakers but that would likely cause some issues with the playback at higher volumes and you would need a passive HPF before the tweeter.
