the lip requires a long bolt to hold it to the metal support bracket thats behind the bumper but its a pain to get access to without removing the lower grille so we fitted the bumper and drilled the bracket - then removed the bracket and fitted this speed clip to it and shortened the bolt - this makes it a very easy job to remove the bumper in future - future proofing for my xenons anyway enjoy the pics

fed up of the hole in the dash on the left hand side and not gonna spend €360 ish euro for the caddy life trim just yet so having a play around to see what can be done to improve it

started by making a template from cardboard

then wrapped it in black tape just to get an idea of how it would look if painted gloss black to match the rest of the internals

so it fits so thats a start il probably make the final one out of door card plastic so it matches the dash plastic unsure how it will work but im gonna give it a try anyways

may not do it gloss black yet might see if the door card plastic will work and then it will look like its supposed to be there
